Procedures to File a Request upon PCT-PPH between KIPO and USPTO (Starting from July 11, 2011): The trial period of this Patent Prosecution Highway based on the Patent Cooperation Treaty Work Products (PCT-PPH) pilot program will commence on July 1, 2011 and will end on May 31, 2012.
